We consider the house, its materials, the view from inside, and the way you spend time outdoors. A turf area, stone terrace, or private court is part of that setting.
Then we look beneath the finish: the existing ground, water movement, access, edges, and practical care. Those decisions shape the written proposal.
02 / APPROVAL
A clear path through review.
Identify community requirements, the ARC packet, government permits, and any specialist input. Your proposal sets out who prepares, submits, and follows up on each item. The association and authorities make the approval decisions.
03 / INSTALL
The agreed plan, brought outside.
Required approvals come before the relevant work begins. Installation follows the written scope, with subcontracted and licensed specialist work identified where needed. The final walkthrough covers the finished work and care instructions.
